Heimpass ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you sign up for our waiting list, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

What information do we collect?
When you sign up for our waiting list, we collect your name, email address, and what you're interested in (finding a caregiver, providing care yourself, or both). We don't collect more information than we need.

Why do we collect this information?
We use the information to contact you about the launch, give you access to benefits you've opted into, and understand who is interested in the service. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

Where do we store your data?
In Framer's form storage, Google Sheets, and Gmail. Only Chris and Maria have access to this information. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long do we store your data?
Until Heimpass launches, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw your consent - contact info@heimpass.com. You can also file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

How do I unsubscribe?
Send an email to info@heimpass.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
